Entry to the National Arboretum Canberra is FREE
Parking fees apply at the main carpark at the Village Centre between 9am - 4pm.
Disability parking spaces are available on the top tier of the carpark. Disability Parking Permit must be displayed.
Parking is FREE at all other carparks within the National Arboretum Canberra.
Parking is only permitted in designated carparks.
Parking on the side of the roads compacts the soil and impacts upon the forests health. Thanks for your cooperation.
The National Arboretum Canberra is located on Forest Drive, (off the Tuggeranong Parkway) Molonglo Valley, Canberra.
What's the best way to view the Forest Sculpture Gallery? That all depends on how much time you have!
Car
You can park at Dairy Farmers Hill to view Nest III or park at the Himalayan Cedar car park to walk to and view Wide Brown Land.
'Breezing in the Wind' and 'In the Stream' are accessible by foot or bike only. The closest carpark is Dairy Farmers Hill.
Walking and cycling
Follow the mulit-purpose tracks through many forests to the featured sculptures. Walk to one or walk to all the sculptures enjoying expansive views and a world of trees. Download a walking and forest map here.
